Vebbly offers 30+ free online tools including QR code generators, PDF utilities, image converters, a web scraper, link shortener, and more. Access to all tools requires a free registered account.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice. Tool availability is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Vebbly provides professional digital services including web design & development, mobile app development, email marketing & HTML emailer design, SEO, and digital marketing. These services are governed by a separate client service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.

All service deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or SOW (Statement of Work). These Terms do not supersede any signed client agreement.

You must not use Vebbly to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platform in bulk
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the tools for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

All content on Vebbly — including tool interfaces, design, code, logos, written content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Vebbly and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You must not:

• Republish, sell, or redistribute our content
• Clone or replicate our tools or platform
• Use our branding without written permission

The free tools on Vebbly are provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of tool output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Vebbly and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — any part of our website or tools. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
